In uncertain times, such as the coronavirus pandemic, consumers have to be especially careful of scams. We’ve become aware of certain unauthorized third parties reaching out to PRMI borrowers claiming to be affiliated with PRMI. If you receive a suspicious text message, email or phone call from an individual alleging they are from PRMI requesting payment information or other personal information, DO NOT RESPOND AND END THE CALL.
